Hello, my name is Evan Owen and I have lived in Richmond since 2001. I have fallen in love with our beautiful city and its surrounding communities as its unique mix has so much to offer!

A husband of a fourth generation “Richmonder”and father of three beautiful girls has me firmly rooted in Virginia. I attend Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church where I am a volunteer photographer and sing in the choir.

I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and received my Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Small Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My professional career has afforded me the opportunity to bring many innovative ideas to enhance those companies I worked for. In 2003 I founded an Internet based trade show products distribution company and later sold it in 2007. Since that time I have consulted with numerous companies on how to leverage traditional and new media marketing strategies to build their brands. I have always been interested in pursuing a real estate career and decided to embark on that journey in 2010.
